Introduction. The interwar period was called the Golden Age of Romania. From a certain point of view it was. Cultural effervescence of the time, the economic boom due by the development of the industry has brought Romania to the attention of Western Europe. Many industries in the late ‘30 had advanced enough to be able to satisfy almost all domestic needs. Regarding technology, most romanian plants were behind those in the West. In heavy industry, only Malaxa and the Steelworks Resita were the best in Western Europe.
Aim of the study. In retrospect of these events I have considered appropriate to study this issue closely, to be fascinated by a controversial but destined to lead character, a character that has go down in history because of his pioneering leadership actions.

Introduction. Analysis of income inequality is a general and constant concern of both the public and researchers and politicians. This subject, though, and has been widely debated, never becomes obsolete and does not lose its importance or valence mobilizing the more as he becomes more present with the onset of the recent economic crisis. This interest framework, on the one hand and the difficult context generated by the economic crisis, on the other hand, bring forward decisions and policy choices implemented or required to restore economic balance and well-being of citizens. Causes (factors of influence) of income inequality differ from country to country, there is dispute among economists on the preponderance of cases compared to the others.
Aim of the study. In this paper I will analyze two of these factors: education and socioeconomic status of their parents.
Keywords: education, level of education, skills, abilities, opportunities, social mobility.
Introduction. Peter Drucker famously stated that “management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things”. Great leaders possess dazzling social intelligence, a zest for change, and above all, vision that allow them to set their sights on the “things” that truly merit attention. Not a bad skill set for the rest of us, either.
Aim of the study. I will try in this article to go over some lessons that can and should we learn from leaders in different fields (sales, politics, sports). Some of these lessons can be translated even in a lifestyle, it can help us all to change our perception of things that we were coming forward as we wanted and we can understand how little effort it takes to change this situation. Some of these leaders didn’t had learned how to be successful from school or books but they have qualities like drive, passion, commitment. They have had the courage to go away from what they did before, and gone to something that didn’t exist before. They have built bridges to be crossed by them and their followers.

Introduction.Over time have been addressed many possible effects arising from inequalities of income. Criticism for each of these effects were immediate, most of them claiming that the selection of samples used to demonstrate the assumptions made were „carefully” selected in order to achieve the target and that there is not a direct relationship between income inequality (their increment) and these effects.
Aim of the study. Of the many effects that income inequalities have, identified in the literature, this paper will analyze three of them, namely: economic growth, human capital and social cohesion.

Introduction. Individuals in a society often have different degrees of aversion about risk. When individuals with equal skills take risky activities with a high potential for profit, such as the establishment of a large business, some associations fail, others not. The presence of successful and unsuccessful collaborations in a society results in economic inequality, even when all individuals are identical in terms of level and field of education, the decisive factor is taking calculated risks or not.
Aim of the study. I will present in this paper the results of a study that I conducted in March 2014 related to influence of taking risks involved in opening a business as well as flexibility and adaptability on labor market.

Introduction. Many objective or subjective factors influence the decision to open a business. The most important factors are: the existence of an adequate opportunity or a market, perception that starting a business could be difficult because of bureaucracy, financial barriers or the need to acquire new skills, a lack of money, etc. Also, entrepreneurial behavior is generally influenced by socio-economic status of the family of origin [1]. Thus, children from wealthy families have the “competitive advantage” to receive an education appropriate for managing a business and of course have the necessary financial resources and its start [2]. However, abilities of every individual can “correct’’ these benefits are completely eliminated/reduced exogenous barriers [3].
Aim of the study. In this article I will present the results of a pilot study conducted in 2014 at Bucharest employees to observe their entrepreneurial behavior.

Introduction. Talent management could be defined currently as ,,all the systems and processes that enable a company to attract, develop and retain employees with highly qualified” but given different interpretations we observe that ,,talent management” has a different meaning for each company. Some organizations aim to manage talent throughout the company, while others are just managing employees with high potential.
Aim of the study. This paper aims to highlight that talent management is applied differently from one organization to another depending on the type and stage of development where they are. Approaches to this subject differ so greatly from one company to another, that a process for some is “nice to have”, and for others it is a process having a significant impact in business. Yet top companies have created worldwide selection networks through which talented peopleare recruited to be hired within such (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, etc.). The budgets meant for identifying people with high potential are especially generous and therefore these companies have long-term collaboration with universities in various countries. It is true that talented people have a few areas in wich they excel and companies need to support them to develop these skills/competencies but at the same time, they have to ,,cultivate’’ also their social skills in order to integrate into organization and thus to help them but also the organization to develop harmoniously and be permanently competitive.
