    Aims and scope

    Manager Journal invites contributions from professionals from all over the world. Among the regular features are empirical studies, literature review, CEOs forum, policy debate, review articles and book reviews. Special theme focused and guest-edited issues are also planned. Our journal is designed to be a forum for the wider dissemination of current management and business practice and research drawn from around the globe but with an emphasis on the EU perspectives. Multidisciplinary in nature and with a strong practical orientation, this refereed journal publishes surveys relating to and report significant developments in management practice drawn from business/commerce, the public and the private sector, and non-profit organizations. The journal also publishes articles which provide practical insights on doing business in and with Romania from local or and global / from macro or micro perspectives.

    Manager Journal publishes articles which are of a multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and internationally significant nature. We encourage contributions from around the globe, with special emphasis on EU and emerging economies. The journal includes empirical, conceptual and methodological articles across the full range of business and management disciplines, including general management, human resource management, organizational behavior, management development, accounting and finance, business ethics, equality, diversity and inclusion, strategic management, marketing, operations management, technology management, information technology, business economics, public sector management, management of non-government organizations and research methods, education.

     

    Plagiarism
    MANAGER Journal takes issues of copyright infringement, plagiarism or other breaches of best practice in publication very seriously. We seek to protect the rights of our authors and we always investigate claims of plagiarism or misuse of published articles. Equally, we seek to protect the reputation of our journal against malpractice. Submitted articles may be checked with plagiarism-checking software. Where an article, for example, is found to have plagiarized other work or included third-party copyright material without permission or with insufficient acknowledgement, or where the authorship of the article is contested, we reserve the right to take action including, but not limited to: publishing an erratum or corrigendum (correction); retracting the article or taking appropriate legal action.

     

    Peer review policy

    MANAGER Journal adheres to a rigorous double-blind reviewing policy in which the identity of both the reviewer and author are always concealed from both parties. Our journal is committed to deliver high quality, fast peer-review for your paper, and as such has partnered with different academicians and professionals. Our reviewers are specialized in different fields and according to the content of the article, the editorial board after the first acceptance step, is sending the article to a specialized reviewer. Reviewers claiming credit for their review are associated with our journal, but the article name, reviewer’s decision and the content of their review is not published on the site.

    The Editor or members of the Editorial Board may occasionally submit their own manuscripts for possible publication in the Journal. In these cases, the peer review process will be managed by alternative members of the Board and the submitting Editor/Board member will have no involvement in the decision-making process.Papers are reviewed by eminent academicians and professionals from various places of the world.
