Introduction. Nowadays, leadership as a managerialand and organizational process influences the activity at the organizational level. Obtaining performance at the organizational level is also influenced by the way in which the most participative leadership style is applied in order to create a close cooperation between leaders and subordinates.
Aim of the study. The main objectives of the study are: 1). explaining the role of the organization as a complex system in a contemporary context; 2). presenting the importance of applying effective leadership in economic organizations; 3). presenting new trends of today’s leadership. That leader who is applying effective strategies, adequate for a participative leadership can get the expected results. He/she has to mobilize his/her team to work towards achieving the goals established. Successful leaders are those who “feel” their team and who are emotionally involved in activities because emotions are the ”source of success”.

Introduction. It has long been recognized that entrepreneurship is the vital force that drives innovation and economic growth. Entrepreneurship is shaped by a portfolio of forces and factors.
Aim of the study. In this paper we want to underline that entrepreneurial leadership is critical for the achievement of entrepreneurial goals. Also we try to identify commonalities between the two domains, entrepreneurship and leadership, with a particular focus on what entrepreneurship could gain from more explicit incorporation of some leadership issues. Since change is constant, organizations need to be more flexible on their path to growth. In this process, entrepreneurs undergo a process of identity change by acquiring new behaviors and skills that sustain organizational transformation. Moreover, by adopting a sympathetic leadership style, entrepreneurs accommodate both creativity and organizational synergies that may help their organizations to develop and prosper.

Introduction. Intensive learning methods, collecting significant information from case studies generate value and powerful business solutions. Facing avant-garde competitors and the real improvement of internal processes represent the stakes of high-performance companies. Opportunities also mean taking risks that make the difference between conventional solutions and unconventional solutions. In such circumstances, the differences are also achieved by the quality of the evaluation and the selection of team members.
Aim of the study. The paper aims to briefly present the relation between creativity and innovation and the ways in which a modern management can favourably influence the employees’ attitude in various contexts so that they are creative and, at the same time, finishers. We can mark out the fact that the management of a company can design intensive learning methods and facilitate the exchange of ideas in order to increase the speed of innovation in business.

Introduction. Human resources management has been always a subject of debate when an organization started to analyze different approaches of reaching goals and fulfill objectives, especially when labour legislation come to discussions from the manager’s point of view. By so, ignoring the fact that human resources management has been tackled down by the instruments that has to be offer using knowledge and the special literature in the matter, we should take the opportunity and take a short regard from the personal perspective of the worker, both executive and non-executive, and to see if personal approach of creation is more or less valuable than the innovation of the science. In doing so, we consider proper to use Peter Drucker and Warren Bennis theories, that bring a path to the management and leadership works. We have to take into consideration that management is a science in the very perspective of the knowledge and by the principles that has to be respected when applied to obtain performance, well – shortly speaking – something that is learned, when the leadership is becoming more and more a science, but with a fresh personal start, taken from the features of one’s character that are given by birth or by a strong education and model.
Aim of the study. We consider that management – developed as a science, has a more theoretical approach, when leadership has a more personal, abilities related approach. Everything has to do with the fact that the society, in its continuous search for performance and economical gain, reached to a point where the management had no answers facing the capacity of one individual to be better by using his or hers ability to do things. By noticing that limit of the science of management and the unlimited individual capacity to bring more and more solutions, we must see what is the very perspective of both human resources management and labour legislation when it comes to create organizational politics for its future progress and development, because we must decide what should we do: choose management’s innovation or leadership creativity?

Introduction. Europe is facing a growing demand for energy, with volatile prices and with serious disruptions in the energy supply. In 2014, the EU’s energy dependency was 53.4%, which meant that the EU bloc had to import more than half of the energy it consumed. To address these issues, a clear European energy strategy is needed, that is why the European Union has adopted a Democratic or participatory way of leadership.
Aim of the study. Leadership is a complex and dynamic process that has been defined in many different ways. Leadership has been described as autocratic, democratic, situational, transformational, and free rein. Democratic or participatory leadership style involves consultation with group members on actions and decisions, and encourages and rewards involvement in the process. These leaders make decisions and set goals with the approval and full participation of the members. That is why today Europe has common rules and Member States put their efforts together to access sufficient energy at affordable prices, keeping pollution to a minimum.

If when dealing with an organisation, be it lucrative or non-profit, small or large as size, adopting the right strategies and choosing the best leadership methods and techniques might look reasonably accessible, when coming about conceiving and applying the same to large aggregates, as it is the national economy, things could turn into real challenges very difficult to deal with.
Aim of the study. The present paper tries to render the most important issues to consider from such perspective, treating them both under the form of an experience-based analysis and under the one of proposed directions to follow for getting better results for all stakeholders.

Aim of the study. The aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of leadership for organizational success in nowadays business environment. In particular, the paper focuses on the transformational style of leadership employed by famous entrepreneur Jeff Bezos that has managed to grow Amazon to the point that it is considered the biggest online retailer in the world. The methodology used is qualitative and is based on the research of secondary sources such as articles, books and interviews. The findings show that transformational leadership is a key solution that fits the needs of companies finding themselves having not only to strive to survive, but to flourish in this fast-paced, ever-changing environment of the business world.

Leadership has been studied in various ways from different perspectives and in diverse contexts (because it has a significant impact on the success/failure of any organization. On its turn, the subject of wisdom has become a broader interdisciplinary matter.
Aim of the study. The aims of the paper are to define the concepts of leadership and wisdom, and to present their relationship. The research methodology is based on a quantitative method. The paper shows that leadership and wisdom are complex and multifaceted concepts, and require attention from both a theoretical and practical point of view. Also, it illustrates the relationship between the two concepts by taking into account their common elements.

Introduction. The analysis of corporate governance within institutions is a top subject right now. This concept currently de-fines a central and dynamic aspect in terms of economic reality, being increasingly present in many countries of the world. In the context of a modern economy, where all companies are facing changes due to the famous effects of the fourth industrial revolution and the crises caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, those who need to survive must be able to adapt immediately and operate at the highest level of efficiency. The ability to adapt to these challenges of the national and international markets depends on both managerial and leadership capabilities, as well as the general structure and characteristics. Achieving maximum overall performance of companies is the microeconomic goal of the “new economy”. The entire activity of financial institutions is built around the correct assessment and management of risk. Thus, risk management, ownership structure, motivation and remu-neration of the general manager were the central elements found in research papers on “corporate governance of banks”. The results of the literature study on risk management suggest a continuous increase in the relevance of this topic.
Aim of the study. The aim of the paper is to present the topic of corporate governance within the banking institutions. One of the limitations of this study is the lack of analysis in the current context triggered by the COVID-19 pan-demic. This pandemic is already having effects in terms of corporate governance, but also risk management as a whole. From the way banks approach and reanalyze customer relations, we see that the effects of the pandemic are already here.
