Leadership in companies without managers
The evolution of cutting-edge technology has imposed another type of organization behaviour in relation to market stringencies. The dynamics of the company leads to the emergence of another type of management that requires the replacement of the manager with a group of decision-makers whose roles change, being influenced by the moment of the company. Thus, trust becomes a defining element of the team without a manager because it means both assuming and respecting at the same time the skills of the others. The network becomes an essential element in the decision-making process, but also in the communication thereof at the organizational level. The design of an organization changes dramatically and innovation and creativity become the decisive competencies of the decision-making processes.

Future management: from creativity to rigour
The future of management is influenced not only by the quality of people, but also by the consistency of the contexts in which they operate. The implementation of some fundamental changes required by the emergence of top-of-the-art information technologies will transform the educational systems, and they will be customized because tomorrow’s people will beable to acces, process and be able to use information from any place and at any time. The traditional management model disappears because reality calls for another type of inter-human relationship, another type of education and other ways of manifesting individuals at the level of organisations.
Introduction. Aim of the study. As a process, management aims at achieving the organisational objectives by using limited resources and by guiding systems within the context of a dynamic environment.

Introduction. In a period of less than two decades (mid-1950 and early 1970s) Japan succeeded in achieving high economic growth rates and becoming the world’s second economic superpower. Both macroeconomic and microeconomic factors, such as the Japanese government’s economic policies, institutional reform, high saving rates, land reform, and high-competitive corporate management contributed to this performance. Based on a strong cultural framework, the so-called “Japanese style management” represents one of the many explanations of the Japanese economic miracle. In this sense, the Japanese culture and its influence on Japanese management have been subject of numerous researches in the last decades.
Aim of the study. The paper aims to help readers to identify and understand some of the main cultural dimensions of the Japanese management. The research methodology is based on a quantitative method.

Entrepreneurship in the context of the fourth Industrial Revolution
The fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) represents a combination of Cyber Physical Systems (CPS), of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Internet of systems. Introduction. The present study focused on investigating entrepreneurial intention in Romania using a technique specific to the field of data mining, respectively classification trees. The main idea of the study is to identify the probabilities of an individual being classified as a potential entrepreneur, having as a starting point a series of socio-demographic characteristics, but also perceptions, beliefs and opinions on issues related to training, experience and skills.
Aim of the study. The analysis takes into account some perceptions of the institutional support that authorities can provide to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. After analyzing 1522 responses to a questionnaire, it was concluded on the one hand that most respondents are not attracted to the idea of launching their own businesses, while potential entrepreneurs are characterized by a high confidence in their skills, in turn know individuals who have become entrepreneurs, these evidence being in line with other studies in the field, these aspects characterizing other groups of individuals and other societies. The low importance of the variables that describe age, gender and fear of failure in building the model implies that in Romania these characteristics do not significantly influence the decision of individuals to become entrepreneurs.
