Pages: 37-48Introduction. In recent years, there has been a considerable increase in awareness of the importance of promoting entrepreneurship to the younger generation.Aim of the study. The paper aims to analyse the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and creativity on students’ entrepreneurial intention. A quantitative approach was used in the form of a survey questionnaire, which was administeredto a sample of 197 students in the Faculty of Business and Administration, University of Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania.
