Introduction. Romania has been looking for answers for many years on reducing youth unemployment. The methods by which public actors have proposed to implement policies in this area have not been successful. An overcoming of them and a decisive change of them is useful today and it is also required for the economic and social future of this country.

Aim of the study. Entrepreneurship in Romania could be one of the answers sought by public actors at the national level, but it must be fully aware of the important elements of this, the necessary resources and a real analysis of them, but first of all, an analysis of the target group directly involved. How could Romania do these things? By imposing and observing conditions at national level, but also through a visible transition on the development of various programs of entrepreneurship in Romania.

Introduction. The level of interest in entrepreneurship among policy makers, researchers, academics and businessmen has significantly raised in the last decades. During its evolution, the concept of entrepreneurship has been embedded in many various schools of thought on entrepreneurship. As entrepreneurship is interdisciplinary, it puts together knowledge and combines concepts from different fields of study and schools of thought.

Aim of the study. The aims of the paper are to briefly define the concept of school of thought and to exemplify its use in the field of entrepreneurship. The paper is based on a quantitative research method. It shows that the existence of the schools of thought on entrepreneurship proved to be beneficial for the development of entrepreneurship.

Introduction. In the multitude of methods and procedures for initiating and implementing new businesses over the past decade, the Lean Start Up methodology also follows the research conducted by IT entrepreneur Eric Ries from 2008. The Romanian economic context after the effects of the international financial crisis revealed an increasing trend, albeit variable, in terms of economic growth and the development of new business and entrepreneurial initiatives. This article aims to highlight the possible impact of the Lean Start Up methodology on entrepreneurial thinking and practice in Romania, both at the beginning of the road and in its continuous evolution.

Aim of the study. The paper first performs a research on specialized scientific literature, then focus on the presentation of the Laen Start Up methodology, on the advantages and limitations of the method in question, and on the implications of its use in Romania. The results of the research result in highlighting a number of possible guidelines and guidelines to follow regarding the application of the method to the newly established enterprises in Romania.

Introduction. Recent research on highlighting the influence of tourism on the economies, societies and culture of various countries stipulate that it should be encouraged, even if there are notices some cases which result in the exploitation by rich countries, issuing tourist resources of the receiving countries, thus claiming a review of the terms to perform the tourist exchanges. At the level of the economy of a country, the effects of tourism are analyzed in general, starting from their connection with the objectives of the entire economic system. The interdependence between the development of the tourism and the economic growth is natural as it triggers the demand for goods and services which would not have been produced or delivered otherwise.

Aim of the study. The authors aim in this paper to identify the possibilities to improve the tourist activity by measuring indicators.

Introduction. The paper uses the data provided by Flask Eurobarometer 354 to depict the profile of Romanians that were involved in entrepreneurship education, but also to define an index on perceived effects of education in order to link the participation to entrepreneurial programs to the decision of individuals to start-up their own business. The findings on the profile of those ever engaged in entrepreneurship education in Romania points out to the structural inequalities embedded in the Romanian educational system, but also emphasize the rapid extension of the curriculum in this direction. Education is perceived as very important in building up attitudes and knowledge that support entrepreneurial intentions.

Aim of the study. The paper aims to contribute to the better knowledge and understanding on entrepreneurship education and its role in supporting the development of entrepreneurial intentions in Romania. Analyzing the role of entrepreneurship education on influencing decision to of starting up a business is on the rise worldwide, a lot of importance being put on the importance of entrepreneurship education in supporting diversification of careers and transitions from unemployment or inactivity to self-employment. The empirical evidences for Romania, even if they are already addressed by several papers mainly focused on entrepreneurship education in universities still provide a lot of food for quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Introduction. After the year of 2000, a major event would take place, that would reshape the way we see the past and allow us to even find out about our personal pasts. This event bears the name of <>. Through it, many new collections and funds have entered the research circuit. This would have a big impact not only for historical research, but also for normal people. This would allow them to right the wrongs that have been done to them by the communist regimes and to find out where they came from. That being said, this would allow researchers to monetize on this work outside the academic realm and create new entrepreneurs. Historians such as Dumitru Lăcătușu and Mihai Burcea have previously explained the importance of the liberalization of the archives. Still, up until now, nobody showed its entrepreneurial potential.

Aim of the study. The aims of the paper are to present the archival revolution and its impact in history and entrepreneurship. The author uses qualitative and quantitative methods of documents research. Also, in order to fulfill the goals of the paper, an interdisciplinary approach was absolutely necessary. In this respect, the author makes use of other sciences, such as economy, sociology, anthropology and law.

Introduction. The paper approaches in a correlative vision the issues of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, as vectors of the development of organizations in the contemporary economy. Relevant aspects regarding the entrepreneurial phenomenon and respectively the intrapreneurial phenomenon are presented, highlighting similarities, major differences, as well as areas of interference between them. The scientific approach continues with the exposition of important elements regarding the entrepreneur and the intrapreneur, as main actors of the entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial phenomena.

Aim of the study. Through the approached themes, the paper highlights aspects found in all types of organizations operating in the current business environment, considering that entrepreneurship is mainly linked to micro-enterprises and small companies, while intrapreneurship is manifested mostly in medium- and large-sized organizations.
