Introduction. The concept of resilience has represented during the recent years a leading concern both in Romania, within the European Union and worldwide. Specialists in economics, management, finance, legal sciences, political sciences, sociology, psychology, grant a particular interest to this concept. Multidisciplinary research of resilience has materialized throughout the time in multiple conceptualizations and theorizing, but without being a consensus between specialists in terms of content, specificity and scope.

Aim of the study. This paper aims to highlight a few mThrough this paper it is intended to clarify the concept of resilience, achieving an exploration of the evolution of this concept in ecological, social and economic environment. At the same time, the paper presents aspects of feedback mechanisms and proposes a formalization of resilience using the logic and mathematical analysis.

Introduction. Although, it is widely used, there is no consensus among researchers in defining the concept of sustainability The various scientific debates available in the literature consider that the concept of sustainability should be approached in an integrated manner, which involves the maintenance and the improvement of the welfare at the economic, environmental and social level, taking into account both the importance of the processes and the output of the system.

Aim of the study. The paper aims to clarify the concept of sustainability through an examination of different opinions and controversies existing in the literature regarding this concept. Also, the paper presents the concept of sustainability analyzed from the perspective of system and proposes a definition of sustainability by exposing the sufficient logical conditions for a system to be qualified as a sustainable system. Are analyzed concepts such as: logically vivid system, autopoiesis, weak sustainability, strong sustainability, sustainable development.

Introduction. Without a comprehensive and generally accepted definition, but with a long history, the innovation concept is used, in different approach, for almost all areas of live. It has been, and continues to be an important topic of study in all spheres of science and a term often used by policymakers, practitioners and academics from various fields. The “need for innovation” appears in all spheres of science, new innovation theories continue to develop, and a tendency to shift the innovation models from macro-level to organization (firm) level is manifested.

Aim of the study. The paper offers, from the autopoietic system theory perspective, a new vision of the innovation concept, which can be interpreted as similar, but not equal, with the survival knowledge process. We propose a new approach of the concept of innovation as knowlegde, both for new possibilities of evolution of the organisation, as well as for new, yet inactive, perturbation in enviroment and internal organisation (structure). Moreover, the more knowlegde is embeded in the organisation, about the enviroment and internal structure, the numer of possibilities is reduced (even if the reduction is from a high number of infinities to a lower numer of infinities).

Introduction. The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has triggered an unprecedented social and economic crisis by terrifying the very core of human existence. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected entire business segments especially educational services for children because the main way of working – direct interaction – was completely disturbed. Numerous questions arise such as: What is the first thing you can do as an organization in times of deadlock?, What options are left in the race of survival?, What are you heading for, as an organisation, in time of total uncertainty?In this respect, Fun Science Romania may provide answers as it is the Romania’s leading science enrichment provider, delivering unique science experiences for children. This study is based on findings from fifteen years of practice in science events area.

Aim of the study. The spaper describes consequences of COVID 19 on Fun Science Romania, an organization providing educational services. It also reveals the best strategic options according to SWOT analysis. The aims of the paper are to present the challenges and opportunities in educational management during COVID-19 pandemic.
