The paper investigates the relationship between emerging technologies and the progress of European Union Member States towards three goals of the 2030 Agenda: Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure).
