Introduction. Ecotourism has generated great interest from governments, tourism enterprises, tourists, conservation groups, the private sector and other stakeholders. This interest is generated from more vantage that ecotourism has, it generates profit (company, restaurant, etc…) without destroy the quality of the environment, in fact, it contributes to the conservation and protection of natural ecosystems and the socio-economic development, maintenance and enhancement of the traditions and culture of local people. Ecotourism has disadvantages, too. It is lived on the nature and the use it for realize the ecotourism, but using it that ruin herself.
Aim of the study. Ecotourism is small-scale tourism that visits areas of exceptional natural and cultural interests in a manner that: (1) protects the nature; (2) preserves the culture; (3) enhances the local economy; and (4) educates the tourists.

This paper aims to tackles the following key aspects: the economic and social perspectives of the world’s frozen food industry; the work done towards a sustainable, secure and healthy food supply; the need to ensure fair prices and a wide range of food and food access solutions; the need to implement a more environmentally sustainable, more resilient, profitable and competitive food chains; the need to deliver wholesome, healthy, safe and ethical and healthy food products; the solutions needed to support the retail frozen marketplace on long run; the need to create a balance between the costs of the retail frozen products and the prices of these products; the perspectives offered by the freezing technology and the quality of the products; the key developments to date concerning the world’s frozen food market, the countries where these types of products are mostly used and the world’s biggest frozen food producers and consumers.

Introduction. The advances of knowledge and science are immense, and the development based on them follows a galloping trend, even aggressive and precipitous, as a breakage of clouds. However, from the point of view of the security of systems, processes, society, economy and life, the world does not follow a straightforward, good, safe and precise direction, but a very complicated one in which the predictable, desired and calculated with rigor and precision effects are largely faded and even canceled by those that are chaotic and unpredictable.
Aim of the study. The strategic balance of mankind is a precarious one, based rather on balancing the threat than controlling it and its vulnerabilities. Of course, responsible people are aware of this dangerous trend and do their best to control it. But the chances of success in this increasingly uneven and increasingly vulnerable environment are, in turn, more and more controversial. And yet, such chances still exist.

Introduction. Currently, the States and regions around the world face with several economic, environmental, social challenges etc. The increase in the demand for power supply, for primary resources (agriculture, forestry and fishing), for industrial products and services, sets a significant pressure on the ecosystems sustainability. One of the solutions to support the sustainable development process may be the transition towards the bio-economy, innovative sector focused on the production of biotechnologies and biomass. The bio-economy is the field comprising all economic activities related to the use of biological renewable resources.
Aim of the study. The goal of this paper is to draw the attention on the importance of bio-economy in the effectiveness of the use of natural resources and in the current context of obvious and irreversible climate changes. Moreover, lately, the concept of bio-economy gained the attention of the scientific and political environments, both in Europe and at worldwide level. We can already talk in Europe of a general transition towards the bio-economical field.
