Introduction. Improving education has been and continues to be a necessary condition in any society. Education contributes to increase the level of civilization, to develop the individual personality, but also to increase the level of the economic development. Organization and subsequent reorganization of the Romanian education system has been pursuing desiring to adapt better it better to the labor market needs and to adapt it to the international education system.

Aim of the study. The management strategies which are applied in this area should be considered adapting it to the domestic and international labor market conditions to the new education methods and techniques, used at the international level. The new trends desiring to transform the economy into a green economy require increased investments in education, in order to train the specialists in new green areas.

Introduction. Institutional Sustainability and Sustainable Development are two concepts very often used together. Their meanings are blurring and versatile.

Aim of the study. This paper aims to define each concept distinctly and to identify their similarities, if any. To achieve these objectives, I will use the method of logical definition of a concept. Firstly I will identify the sufficiency predicates for Sustainable Development. Secondly I will define the concept of Sustainability. Thirdly, I will use sufficiency attributes to define the concept of Institutional Sustainability.

Introduction. From methodological point of view, I will use the System Theory and the instrument of logical analysis. Firstly, I will define the concept of system and institutional system, using the method of sufficiency predicates-logical analysis. Secondly, I will design a logical model for describing Institutional System of European Union.

Aim of the study. The present paper aims to analyse, using logical analysis, the institutional system of European Union. The purpose of the paper is to provide a logical model for the institutional system of European Union.
