In recent years, there has been a considerable increase in awareness of the importance of promoting entrepreneurship to the younger generation.<\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>. The paper aims to analyse the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and creativity on students\u2019 entrepreneurial intention. A quantitative approach was used in the form of a survey questionnaire, which was administeredto a sample of 197 students in the Faculty of Business and Administration, University of Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania.
