The article defines and describes what are Strategy and leadership. It further explains that since the World configuration is uncertain and it changes even during these days, a new socio-economic strategy is required. The failure of both the traditional ideologies, Socialism and Capitalism, to provide a satisfactory prognosis induces, the Author to offer his Social-capitalism concept.
