The most complex evaluation and performance\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">improvement programs are giving due importance today to issues such as organizational culture and human\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">behavior; skills for change, managerial skills and managerial competences models, or intangible assets\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">such as knowledge management and organizational learning. The emergence of knowledge management,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">further developing the concept of intellectual capital from the 1990s, led to the creation of a knowledge society\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">in the last three decades.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>. This paper aims to highlight that\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16.604px;\">the corporate culture is perceived as a shift in thinking for employees\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">and managers, and the managerial culture puts its full mark on it \u2013 through the role models offered by\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">managers who continue to be the \u201chard core\u201d of it.
