The difference is not one that relates to the philosophy\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">and physiognomy of shape, but one that is structured on the philosophy of science dynamism and the complexity\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">of social, economic, financial, informational and cognitive dynamics.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>. This paper aims to highlight that i<span style=\"font-size: 16.604px;\">n an open society, in which\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">general management and even educational management move significantly towards complexity, leadership\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">too will embody forms and formulas that take o leader out of traditional form of leader-hero, virile and good\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">at everything, loved and followed, in favor of a teammate leader, a node network leader, one who will play\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">a creative, innovative and distributive role, a cognitive and universal leader.
