Some organizations\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">aim to manage talent throughout the company, while others are just managing employees with high\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">potential.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>. This paper aims to highlight that t<span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">alent management is applied differently from one organization to another depending on the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">type and stage of development where they are. Approaches to this subject differ so greatly from one company\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">to another, that a process for some is \u201cnice to have\u201d, and for others it is a process having a significant impact\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">in business. Yet top companies have created worldwide selection networks through which talented people<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">are recruited to be hired within such (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, etc.). The budgets meant for\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">identifying people with high potential are especially generous and therefore these companies have long-term\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', system-ui, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">collaboration with universities in various countries.
