Introduction<\/strong>.\u00a0Institutional management in fighting\u00a0<\/span>against undeclared work.\u00a0<\/span>Considerations on some selections from\u00a0<\/span>notable studies in the matter.<\/span>The European Commission had made some research on the undeclared work, focusing on the forms\u00a0<\/span>and on the tools that national institutions could or should use to fight efficiently against this phenomenon.\u00a0<\/span>According to some research made by European Commission1, \u201cundeclared work may come in different\u00a0<\/span>forms. The most common type is work carried out in a formal undertaking, partially or fully undeclared.\u00a0<\/span>Partially undeclared work is sometimes also called \u201cunder-declared work\u201d, \u201cenvelope wages\u201d or \u201ccash-in-<\/span>hand\u201d.<\/span><\/p>

Aim of the study<\/strong>.\u00a0In the research that aims to analyze the institutional management of the fight against undeclared\u00a0<\/span>work, first we must see some selections of notable studies made by important bodies and organizations. The\u00a0<\/span>role of the European Commission and the International Labour Organization in the research is important;\u00a0<\/span>what those institutions were released in the matter has strong impact on national policies and also in the\u00a0<\/span>targets that management of the national authorities is considering to implement.<\/span><\/p>
