Introduction<\/strong>.\u00a0Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, everyone must respect the rules of social distancing.\u00a0<\/span>During this time, most of the people have felt trapped in a continuous loop in which the concept of time\u00a0<\/span>and space was just a distant dream. Even if the economic situation during this pandemic is not so dramatic\u00a0<\/span>many people have been unmotivated to work, most of them, currently working remotely. Switching to online\u00a0<\/span>is more difficult to keep up with everyday work activities. However, many jobs can be successfully done\u00a0<\/span>remotely. Unfortunately, while working from home, the employees can be easily distracted, which lowers\u00a0<\/span>their productivity.<\/span><\/p>

Aim of the study<\/strong>.\u00a0Reaching a minimum level of motivation and productivity, we decided to include in\u00a0<\/span>this research paper a case study on the motivation of the artistic staff within an event organizing company<\/span>during the pandemic. By reviewing the results of the case study we want to analyze the specific factors of\u00a0<\/span>the human resources management that have an impact on the evetns organinzing comapnies including the\u00a0<\/span>evolution of the motivation and introduce some ways that can grow the motivation and make employees feel\u00a0<\/span>comfortable while working from home.<\/span><\/p>
