On the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">other hand, leadership is one of the oldest practices in human history.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16.604px;\">The aims of the paper are to define the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">concept of leadership from a multiple perspective and to present its main characteristics. The paper demonstrates\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">that leadership represents a complex, context-based, multifaceted, dynamic, and even an elusive\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">concept as there is no universal definition of leadership.
