On its turn, the subject of wisdom has become a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">broader interdisciplinary matter.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16.604px;\">The aims of the paper are to define the concepts of leadership and wisdom,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">and to present their relationship. The research methodology is based on a quantitative method. The paper\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">shows that leadership and wisdom are complex and multifaceted concepts, and require attention from both\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">a theoretical and practical point of view.
