The talents role in the organization has been highlighted in the last decades\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">as an important asset in creating added value to the company. According to Barney (1997) human capital\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">is\u201d a rare and difficult to imitate resource\u201d through which organizations achieve high level of productivity\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">and organizational performance. To achieve this goal, companies must create strategies to succeed in attracting\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">valuable employees into the organization. Lately, a successful strategy for attracting talents is the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">creation of an attractive employer brand.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16.604px;\">Without being an exhaustive approach, this paper aims to explore\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">the relation between employer branding and the attraction of talented employees. Also, this article discusses\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">some factors that organizations can use for developing an attractive employer branding through which\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">they could achieve the recruitment goals. The study is a theoretical research which has some limitations: it\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">was not tested in practice; its development is based on the information from the literature review and the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">research of the most reputed brands strategy. Second limitation consists in using only three factors (credibility\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">achieved through the public relations strategy, employee value preposition and brand visibility) for\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">developing a model of an attractive employer brand construction.
