Secondary sources consisting\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">of statistical data, scientific articles and relevant sources and materials were used for them. Aspects\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">such as traditions, customs and beliefs influence both the share of women involved in professional life, but\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">also the different level of payment. This leads to another much-debated topic, namely equality in chances\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">and rights. Our country, even though it is not one of the largest economies in the world, has understood the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">benefits of gender diversity in order to ensure a healthy and sustainable development. This is also the case\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">of the generally man dominated IT sector.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Aim of the study<\/strong>.<span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">\u00a0This paper focuses on the involvement of women in the professional\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.604px; color: var(--c-contrast-800);\">activities of the future.
